Using this site
These terms apply to takigpt.com, the free resource library, the AI OS waitlist, and the partnership inquiry page. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Partnership inquiries
Submitting a partnership inquiry starts a conversation. It does not accept a campaign, create a contract, reserve a date, or guarantee a response or publication. Scope, price, usage rights, deliverables, timelines, approvals, and payment terms must be agreed in a separate written contract. Campaign budgets shown on the site start at $5,000 USD.
The waitlist is not a purchase
Joining the waitlist is free. It does not charge you, reserve a guaranteed seat, or complete a purchase. You decide whether to buy when enrollment opens.
Founding offer terms
The founding offer is $497 USD one time. It includes lifetime access to the 30-day course and the first month of the AI OS Community. Staying in the community after that month is optional at $97 USD per month. You can cancel the monthly community membership. The checkout page will show the billing date, access terms, cancellation method, and any taxes before payment.
Refund term
The founding offer includes a 7-day money-back guarantee. The checkout terms will state when the seven-day period starts and how to request a refund. Those checkout terms control the purchase.
Free resources
You may use and adapt the free prompts, agent instructions, SOPs, systems, and audits inside your own business. You may not resell, republish, scrape, mirror, or present the resource library as your own product.
Your responsibility
AI can be wrong. Review every output before using it. Keep a person in control of money, legal matters, health, hiring, customer promises, security, data access, publishing, and irreversible actions. Do not submit information you do not have the right to use.
No income promise
The site teaches skills and systems. It does not promise revenue, savings, growth, employment, or any other business result. Results depend on your business, effort, tools, judgment, and market.
Intellectual property
TakiGPT AI Inc. owns the site design, copy, course materials, videos, agent builds, templates, and branding, except for third-party names and materials. A purchase gives you personal or internal business-use rights. It does not transfer ownership or grant resale rights.
Acceptable use
Do not attack the site, bypass limits, submit malicious code, collect another user’s data, impersonate someone, interfere with the service, or use the resources for unlawful harm.
Availability and liability
The site and free resources are provided as available. We may change or remove them. To the extent allowed by law, TakiGPT AI Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, the resources, or AI output.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Courts located in Ontario have jurisdiction, subject to consumer rights that cannot be waived.
