Taki’s story
I did not study AI. I built my company on it.
I am Taki Wong. I run TakiGPT from Toronto with a team of AI agents I built around the work.
01 / THE PROBLEM
The business grew. The hours did too.
TakiGPT has two jobs. The media business creates AI content and partnerships. The education business teaches owners how to put AI into real work.
Both create a long list of work: research, scripts, product, operations, partnerships, finance, planning, and customer questions. Hiring a person for every task was not the system I wanted to build.
02 / THE BUILD
I stopped asking AI questions and started giving it jobs.
The first useful shift was simple. One agent. One job. One clear input. One finished output. One point where I review the work.
That became a chief of staff, an executive assistant, a research partner, a content system, a finance reviewer, and the other roles that now make up AI OS.
“The agent is only useful when the handoff is clear.”
03 / THE TEACHING
The course is the system, in build order.
AI OS is not a list of tools. It is the sequence I wish I had: set the context, build narrow roles, connect the work, define the review points, then improve what saves real time.
The goal is not to remove people from good work. It is to stop owners spending their best hours on repeat work that a reviewed system can handle.
