The short version
We collect the details you choose to submit. We use signup details to provide resources and send the AI education or enrollment emails you asked for. We use partnership details to review and respond to your brief. We do not sell your personal information.
What we collect
Email, waitlist, and resource forms may collect your name, email address, source tags, campaign parameters in the page URL, submission time, and the scope and version of your consent. Partnership forms may also collect your company, budget range, and message. Our hosting and security providers may process technical request data, such as an IP address, browser information, and request logs, to deliver and protect the site. Short-lived rate-limit counters use pseudonymized values derived from an IP address and email address instead of storing either value in the counter name.
How we use it
- Provide the resource or information you requested.
- Manage the AI OS waitlist and enrollment updates.
- Send free AI education emails after you consent.
- Review and respond to partnership inquiries.
- Understand which pages, campaigns, and resources are useful.
- Detect spam, abuse, outages, and security incidents.
- Meet legal obligations and respond to privacy requests.
Consent and email
Consent boxes are required and are not pre-checked. Marketing signups use single opt-in: the server records the form consent, but a separate mailbox-confirmation step is not required. Signup consent covers the free AI education and enrollment messages described beside the form. Partnership consent lets us use your submitted details to respond to that inquiry and does not create a new active marketing subscription. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails through the link in an email or by contacting us.
Where information goes
The site is hosted by Vercel. Lead records are stored in an Upstash Redis database and synchronized to Kit for email delivery and list management. Partnership inquiries may also be forwarded through Resend to TakiGPT’s business email. These providers process data under their own privacy and security terms and may process it outside Canada.
Browser storage
After a resource signup, this site saves your name, email address, unlock status, consent version, and save time in your browser’s local storage for up to 30 days. This lets you open another resource without retyping the same details. A consent-version change clears the saved record and asks you again. The data stays on that device unless browser software syncs it. You can clear it through the resource window’s reset link or your browser settings.
Analytics
If first-party site analytics are enabled, we may record page and conversion events such as a form start, successful signup, or resource open. Our frontend does not intentionally put form values into analytics events. We do not use advertising cookies in this version of the site.
Retention
Lead and inquiry records are kept while they are needed for the requested communication, the business relationship, recordkeeping, security, or legal obligations. They may be deleted sooner when no longer needed or after a verified deletion request. Browser-stored resource details expire after 30 days. Rate-limit counters expire within two hours.
Security
Controls include HTTPS, server-side validation, restricted fields and tags, origin checks, spam traps, request limits, private environment variables, protected lead export, no-store API responses, and browser security headers. No internet service can promise zero risk.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or withdraw email consent. Email takigptai@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Changes
We may update this policy when the site, services, or providers change. The date at the top shows the current version.
