1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how TakiGPT AI Inc. ("TakiGPT," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information through www.takigpt.com (the "Site") and the emails we send. It also explains how we follow Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the United States CAN-SPAM Act, and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). It does not apply to information collected offline or on sites we do not operate. By using the Site, you accept this policy. We may update it, and continued use means you accept the current version.

2. Who we are

TakiGPT AI Inc. operates this Site and the email program described here. You can reach us at:

TakiGPT AI Inc.
2920 Major Mackenzie Dr. E, P.O. Box 7008
Markham, ON L6C 0J1, Canada
Email: takigptai@gmail.com

3. What we collect and how

  • Information you give us. Your name and email when you join the waitlist, subscribe, or unlock a free resource. Your company, budget range, and message when you submit a partnership inquiry. Your billing details if and when you buy a paid offer.
  • Information collected automatically. Technical data such as an IP address, browser and device information, and request logs, processed by our hosting and security providers to deliver and protect the Site. Short-lived rate-limit counters use pseudonymized values derived from an IP address and email address rather than storing either value.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. Small files or identifiers your browser stores. This version of the Site uses only what it needs to function and, if enabled, first-party analytics. We do not use advertising cookies in this version of the Site. Our emails may include a standard open or click pixel so we can see whether messages are useful.

4. How we use information

  • Provide the resource or information you requested.
  • Manage the AI OS Community waitlist and send launch updates.
  • Send free AI education emails after you consent.
  • Review and respond to partnership inquiries.
  • Process purchases if and when paid offers open.
  • Understand which pages, campaigns, and resources are useful.
  • Detect spam, abuse, outages, and security incidents.
  • Meet legal obligations and respond to privacy and consent requests.

5. Email communications and consent (CASL and CAN-SPAM)

We send commercial email only to people who ask for it. Consent boxes are required and are never pre-checked. Before you consent, we tell you who is asking (TakiGPT AI Inc.), what you will receive, and that you can unsubscribe. Signup consent covers the free AI education and community-waitlist messages described beside the form. Partnership consent lets us use your submitted details to respond to that inquiry and does not create a marketing subscription.

Every marketing email we send identifies TakiGPT AI Inc., does not use false or misleading sender names or subject lines, includes our current mailing address (2920 Major Mackenzie Dr. E, P.O. Box 7008, Markham, ON L6C 0J1, Canada), and includes a working unsubscribe link that we honor promptly and no later than 10 business days, at no cost to you. You can withdraw consent at any time through the unsubscribe link or by emailing takigptai@gmail.com. We keep a record of each consent, including the date, scope, wording version, and method. We currently communicate by email only and do not operate an SMS or text-message program.

6. Third-party service providers

We share information with the providers that run our operations, only as needed to provide their service and under their own privacy and security terms. Categories include:

  • Website hosting and delivery (Vercel)
  • Data storage (Upstash)
  • Email marketing and list management (Kit)
  • Transactional email forwarding (Resend)
  • Analytics, if enabled
  • Payment processing, and community or learning platforms, if and when paid offers open

We do not sell your personal information.

7. International transfers

Our providers may process information outside Canada, including in the United States. When information is handled outside Canada, it may be accessible to courts, law enforcement, and government authorities in that country under their laws.

8. Analytics and third-party links

If first-party analytics are enabled, we may record page and conversion events such as a form start, a successful signup, or a resource open. Our frontend does not intentionally put form values into analytics events. The Site may link to third-party websites and services; their privacy policies, not ours, govern what they collect.

9. Advertising

This version of the Site does not run advertising cookies or third-party ad pixels, and we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

10. Browser storage

After a resource signup, the Site saves your name, email address, unlock status, consent version, and save time in your browser's local storage for up to 30 days, so you can open another resource without retyping the same details. A consent-version change clears the saved record and asks you again. The data stays on that device unless your browser software syncs it. You can clear it through the resource window's reset link or your browser settings.

11. Data retention

We keep lead and inquiry records while they are needed for the communication you asked for, the business relationship, recordkeeping, security, or legal obligations, including the consent records CASL requires. We may delete them sooner when they are no longer needed or after a verified deletion request. Browser-stored resource details expire after 30 days. Rate-limit counters expire within two hours.

12. Data security

We use controls such as HTTPS and TLS, server-side validation, restricted fields and tags, origin checks, spam traps, request limits, private environment variables, protected lead export, no-store API responses, and browser security headers. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Your rights and choices (PIPEDA)

As a Canadian company, we follow PIPEDA. You can ask to know what personal information we hold and why, access it, request a correction, withdraw email consent, or ask us to delete it. Email takigptai@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

14. If you are in the EEA or the UK (GDPR)

We do not target our marketing to, or actively conduct business in, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to your information, you have rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, and restriction or objection, which you can exercise by emailing takigptai@gmail.com.

15. If you are in California (CPRA/CCPA)

We do not currently meet the thresholds that require compliance with the California Privacy Rights Act. Where it applies, California residents can request disclosure of the information we collect and the categories of recipients, a portable copy of it, correction, deletion, and to opt out of any sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, which we do not do. Contact takigptai@gmail.com.

16. Children's privacy

The Site and its resources are for business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals. The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of majority in their province or state. If we learn that we have, we delete it.

17. Legal disclosure and business changes

We may disclose information when it is appropriate to comply with the law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TakiGPT, our users, or others. If the business is sold or reorganized, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

18. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the Site, our services, or our providers change. The date at the top shows the current version. Please review it from time to time.
